  • Four full days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Course Content:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Eight hours of lessons per day divided between theory and practice<\/li>\n
    • Dry procedures<\/li>\n
    • Diving to a maximum depth of -18 meters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The dives will be recorded with a camera and later reviewed in class during the debriefing<\/p>\n

      • Maximum number of three students per instructor during water sessions<\/li>\n
      • Gases used: air and nitrox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • The basics necessary for technical diving<\/li>\n
        • How to be a more competent diver, with better self-awareness and environmental consciousness.<\/li>\n
        • How to interact with the team<\/li>\n
        • How to conduct the dive with maximum efficiency and safety<\/li>\n
        • How to maintain optimal buoyancy<\/li>\n
        • How to move with less effort and energy consumption<\/li>\n
        • How to have more fun<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • For those who want to be in the water with more ease, not just those interested in continuing with technical courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            With better decompression and gas management, you will have more time to enjoy your dive.<\/p>\n

            By perfecting<\/strong> your buoyancy and trim (position), with various finning techniques, including backward finning and in-place rotation (helicopter turn), you will move in the water more smoothly and comfortably.<\/p>\n

            • Technical diving equipment<\/li>\n
            • Dive planning<\/li>\n
            • Pre-dive check and in-water procedures<\/li>\n
            • Safety drills with the use of a long hose (gas sharing)<\/li>\n
            • Use of the twin tank system<\/li>\n
            • Valve drills (managing the valves)<\/li>\n
            • Deployment and recovery of the surface marker buoy<\/li>\n
            • Use and management of decompression tanks<\/li>\n
            • Rescuing a diver affected by oxygen toxicity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
                \n
              • 18 years of age<\/li>\n
              • Advanced level recreational certification and Nitrox certification<\/li>\n
              • Medical certificate no older than 1 year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Before starting, make sure you have the necessary equipment. If you’re missing anything, you can use the Diving Group’s equipment and try out the ROFOS drysuits, various dry bags, backplates, and harnesses in the water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n
