content:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1143\">The UTD Technical 1 course is usually held over 4 days<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1602\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1284\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1284\">It includes a minimum of 32 hours of training focused on practical aspects of enriched air diving, Helitrox use, and decompression mixes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1361\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1361\">History, physics, physiology, tables, and other technical considerations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1482\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1482\">The first dives will be in shallow water to check students\u2019 preparation and correct any issues in exercise execution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1602\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1602\">The last two dives will be conducted in the <strong data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1564\">Portofino Marine Protected Area<\/strong> at a maximum depth of <strong data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1601\">-48 meters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1617\"><strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1615\">Limits:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1875\">\n<li
