Course Duration:
- Four full days
Course Content:
- Eight hours of lessons per day divided between theory and practice
- Dry procedures
- Diving to a maximum depth of -18 meters
The dives will be recorded with a camera and later reviewed in class during the debriefing
- Maximum number of three students per instructor during water sessions
- Gases used: air and nitrox

With better decompression and gas management, you will have more time to enjoy your dive.
By perfecting your buoyancy and trim (position), with various finning techniques, including backward finning and in-place rotation (helicopter turn), you will move in the water more smoothly and comfortably.

Prerequisites:
- 18 years of age
- Advanced level recreational certification and Nitrox certification
- Medical certificate no older than 1 year
Before starting, make sure you have the necessary equipment. If you’re missing anything, you can use the Diving Group’s equipment and try out the ROFOS drysuits, various dry bags, backplates, and harnesses in the water.
