What Will You Do During the Internship?
Working closely with our PADI Course Director and Master Instructors, you will gain real, hands-on experience and develop all the skills needed to become a confident, professional PADI Instructor.
- Assist instructors during PADI courses, from Open Water Diver to Rescue Diver
- Assist and guide certified divers on dive tours
- Conduct Scuba Review (Refresh) programs for certified divers
- Learn to assemble, maintain, and repair equipment
- Help with the daily operation of a professional dive centre, including customer service, logistics, and dive planning
What Will You Learn?
Throughout the internship, you will also deepen your theoretical knowledge and professional skills, including:
- Dive physics and physiology
- Decompression theory and the Recreational Dive Planner (RDP)
- Equipment maintenance and compressor operation
- Tank filling and servicing procedures
- Standards and procedures for teaching PADI courses
You will also:
- Bring your dive skills to demonstration quality, essential for teaching future students
- Map a local dive site, gaining skills in site evaluation and planning
- Complete physical stamina tests to ensure professional-level fitness
