What You Will Learn in the EFR Course
During the Emergency First Response course, you will learn and practice basic skills to sustain a victim’s lifeline until professional help arrives.
- Rescue breathing
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Abdominal thrusts (for choking)
- Bleeding and shock management
You will also practice first aid techniques, including:
- Injury and illness assessment
- Splinting and bandaging techniques

It is also a mandatory prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course. After completing the EFR course, you will be able to enrol in the PADI Rescue Diver course, where you will apply these emergency skills to diving-specific scenarios.
